Replacing or integrating with your existing PBX
Office Communication Server can be implemented as your telephony system, or be integrating with an existing PBX. It is quite common to find OCS being used as a PBX in smaller organizations with predominantly knowledge workers. When an organization is faced with more complex issues, such as call centers with complex call routing, an integration of OCS with the existing PBX is a good option.
